Backend Developer (Node.js)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases. Build reusable code and libraries for future use. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps teams. Implement data storage solutions (e.g., SQL, NoSQL databases). Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues. Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews. Required Skills & Qualifications: 25 years of backend development experience. Strong knowledge of Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS . Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL . Proficiency with databases: MongoDB , PostgreSQL , or MySQL . Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT). Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
