What You Bring to the Table We’re looking for confident, entrepreneurial recruiters who know how to win—regardless of the vertical. Minimum Requirements: 5+ Years of U.S.-Based Recruiting Experience – including at least 3 years supporting Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients. Cross-Functional Expertise – Proven ability to recruit for a variety of roles: engineering, mechanical, administrative, finance, marketing, light industrial, and professional services. W2 Focused – Skilled in placing U.S.-based W2 candidates who do not require future sponsorship. MSP/VMS & Direct Experience – Comfortable navigating both structured MSP environments and direct-to-client relationships. Exceptional Communication – Able to influence, persuade, and connect with candidates and clients at every level. Tool Proficiency – Hands-on experience with platforms like Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, ZoomInfo, and more. Show more Show less
