About the Company We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company’s staffing needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. About the Role The Recruiter will play a crucial role in enhancing our talent acquisition efforts and ensuring we attract the best candidates for our organization. Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions. Source candidates through job boards, social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, networking, and other innovative channels. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams. Administer skills assessments or other evaluation tools as needed. Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive candidate journey from application to onboarding. Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates. Promote the company’s employer brand and values. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
