Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Source profiles through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
  
• Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
  
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate communication, experience, and job fit.
  

2. Recruitment Process Management

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and conduct HR rounds.
  
• Manage assessments, aptitude tests, and functional evaluations as required.
  
• Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  

3. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress.
  
• Align recruitment strategies with business needs.
  

4. Offer & Onboarding Support

• Share CTC details, negotiate salary, and roll out offers.
  
• Coordinate documentation
  
• Support onboarding and ensure candidates join on the agreed date.
  

5. Recruitment Operations

• Create and manage requisitions on HR systems
  
• Maintain daily trackers and MIS reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and timelines.
  

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors/Masters degree (MBA in HR preferred)
  
• 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (pharma/FMCG/healthcare preferred)
  
• Experience using ATS systems like Workday is an advantage
