About the Role

Recruiter Intern Hiring

end recruitment of interns across functions. This role involves building strong relationships

with academic institutions, sourcing student talent, managing assessments and

interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate will be

energetic, people-oriented, and passionate about connecting young talent with exciting

opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand internship requirements and role

expectations.

  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and training institutes

for campus recruitment.

  • Plan and execute internship hiring drives, career fairs, and campus engagement

programs.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels including campus databases, job

portals, and referrals.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer

rollout, and onboarding.

  • Ensure timely communication and positive candidate experience throughout the

process.

  • Maintain and update the intern talent pipeline for ongoing and future needs.
  • Track and report hiring metrics such as turnaround time, quality of hire, and

conversion ratio.

  • Support employer branding initiatives targeted at students and fresh graduates.

  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to

    campus hiring

or internship hiring

  • Strong networking skills and ability to engage with educational institutions.
  • Familiarity with hiring tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and job portals.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements within tight timelines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in bulk intern hiring or large-scale campus drives.
  • Knowledge of internship program design and conversion strategies.
