Job Description

Requirement Gathering
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job descriptions, role requirements, and target profiles.
Sourcing Candidates
Use job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine), LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and social platforms to source quality candidates.
Screening & Shortlisting
Review resumes, conduct telephonic pre-screening, assess communication and role fitment.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth logistics and communication.
Follow-Up & Feedback Management
Collect and share feedback post-interview, coordinate further rounds, and maintain constant candidate engagement.
Salary Negotiation & Offer Rollout
Negotiate salary expectations, explain benefits, and facilitate offer releases

Bulk Hiring Strategy & Planning
Understand manpower needs based on shift, location, and volume from operations/business heads.
Field Sourcing & Community Engagement
Source candidates through field visits, NGOs, labor contractors, job fairs, local community centers, and employee referrals.
Job Posting & Local Advertising
Distribute pamphlets, posters in public areas, use apps like Apna Jobs, WorkIndia, and local WhatsApp groups.
Initial Screening & Walk-ins
Conduct basic screening (age, qualification, location preference, physical fitness), and mobilize for walk-ins or drives.
