Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business teams to understand talent needs and create effective hiring strategies for the roles
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offers, and onboarding within timelines.
Use multiple sourcing channels (job portals, recruiters, networks) to build and maintain active talent pipelines.
Ensure cost-effective and timely closures with a strong focus on quick turnaround time (TAT).
Prepare and manage offer letters, MIS reports, and recruitment tools/processes to enhance visibility and efficiency.
Design and implement consistent and rigorous selection mechanisms.
Build strong candidate relationships and position the organization as an employer of choice.

Desired Profile:

Minimum 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition (consulting background preferred).
Strong knowledge of hiring processes and sourcing strategies across levels.
Excellent networking, communication, and multitasking skills.
High energy, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.
Passionate about recruitment and achieving stretch goals.
