Role Overview

Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business objectives
Source potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and networks
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through interviews and coordination
Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and selection processes
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and dashboards
Build and nurture talent pools for future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
Work on both
domestic and international
positions (India, Europe, GCC, etc.)
Stay updated with industry trends and best hiring practices

Requirements

25 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
Proven experience hiring for engineering, technical, or business roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with hiring tools and ATS systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
Exposure to international recruitment (preferred)
