What Youll Do

Recruitment Support

• Source and screen candidates for ongoing hiring projects
• Assist in scheduling interviews and maintaining hiring dashboards
• Build and maintain candidate databases and job postings
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers across geographies
  

Marketing Support

• Assist in creating content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and job post
• Support employer branding and digital outreach activities
• Research and analyze industry trends and competitor branding
• Help with coordination of webinars, events, and hiring campaigns
  

What Were Looking For

• Students or recent graduates (BBA/MBA/HR/Marketing preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, Google Sheets, and social media
• A learning mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
