Role Overview

Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
    • Plan annual and quarterly digital marketing budgets and ROI targets.
  • Performance Marketing

    • Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital platforms.
    • Optimize campaigns for CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS, and lead generation.
  • Content & SEO

    • Build and oversee SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and traffic
    • Collaborate with content team for blogs, thought leadership articles, and case studies
    • Drive marketing automation and email campaigns for engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Set KPIs, track campaign performance, and present reports to leadership
    • Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversion funnels.
  • Brand & Social Media

    • Grow brand presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and relevant industry platforms
    • Engage with SME and Expert communities to build trust and visibility.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in SaaS, consulting, or marketplace businesses.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition through digital channels.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

KPIs / Success Metrics

  • Monthly SME acquisition and Expert onboarding growth.
  • CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) vs. LTV ratio improvement.
  • Website traffic, conversion rates, and organic ranking growth.
  • ROI from paid media campaigns.
  • Brand engagement and social media presence.
