Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for CMD Precision Products Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and hiring processes, with a focus on identifying top talent in manufacturing, engineering, and related industries. This role is critical in ensuring we hire professionals who align with our company’s values and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities

1.Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-caliber candidates.

• Utilize job boards, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, Employee referrals, and other recruitment channels to find potential hires.

2.Candidate Screening and Selection:

• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.           Coordinate and conduct interviews (telephonic, virtual, or in-person) with hiring managers.

3.Job Posting and Employer Branding:

• Represent the company as an employer of choice by highlighting its values, culture, and opportunities.

4.Recruitment Coordination:

• Schedule interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and onboard new hires effectively.

5.Database Management:

• Maintain and update a recruitment database or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate details, progress, and outcomes.

6.Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.

• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.

7.Market Research:

• Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment.

8.Compliance:

• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to local labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or a technical         domain.

• Proven track record of hiring for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri Recruiter and job portals.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven.
