Job Role: Recruiter

Department:

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job advertisement to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and FoundIt.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand and define job requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
• Manage pre-onboarding tasks, such as generating offer letters, conducting background checks, and collecting necessary documentation.
• Facilitate post-onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and key metrics to stakeholders.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
• Assist with basic HR operations, including maintaining employee records and implementing HR policies.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Over 2+ years of comprehensive experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Proficient in utilizing Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and FoundIt for candidate sourcing.
• Hands-on experience in handling both Non-IT and IT positions is a must.
• Proven experience in handling pre-onboarding and post-onboarding activities.
• Fundamental understanding of HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of Excel to create and update weekly reports.
