Job Description

HR Recruiter – Full-Time 

Location: Dhantoli, Nagpur

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month ( based on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Work Mode: On-site (No Work from Home)

We are a 3-years-old growth agency catering primarily to international clients in the AI, Crypto and Gaming sectors. With a current team of 25, we're expanding rapidly and looking to add dynamic  individuals to help us take our organization to the next level.

Position Overview:

The Recruiter & Admin Associate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while also handling essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively across HR and admin functions.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job roles.


  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.


  • Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.


  • Conduct initial HR discussions and follow up for feedback.


  • Assist in onboarding formalities and documentation of new hires.


Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Oversee attendance management, leave logs, and daily reporting.


  • Manage employee documentation, filing, and HR-related paperwork.


  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and maintenance.


  • Monitor office inventory, stationery, and housekeeping requirements.


  • Assist in planning internal communication and employee engagement activities.


  • Support day-to-day office operations and handle general employee queries.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR or business-related preferred).


  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR domain.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Good knowledge of basic HR processes and MS Office tools.


  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
