Role Overview

Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements from clients or hiring managers for non-IT roles.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job specifications.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
Ensure quick turnaround time and maintain high-quality profiles.
Build and maintain a candidate database for future requirements.
Provide market intelligence and talent insights to clients or internal stakeholders.
Manage client communication when required (for mid to senior-level roles).

Required Qualifications

Education
: Graduate in any discipline (HR or MBA preferred).
Experience
: 15 years of experience in end-to-end non-IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
Proven track record in hiring for sectors like BFSI, FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
Strong sourcing skills using job portals, Boolean search, and social media platforms.
Good understanding of various job roles, salary benchmarking, and market trends.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and ATS/CRM tools.
High sense of ownership and accountability.
