Job Summary: We are looking for a Civil Execution Engineer with hands-on experience in cement plant construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising, planning, and executing civil works on site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute civil construction activities for cement plant projects.

• Interpret and implement technical drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update project management teams.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

• Conduct site inspections, identify bottlenecks, and provide solutions to execution challenges.

• Manage material usage, labor deployment, and work schedules to optimize productivity.

• Support project management in planning, budgeting, and progress tracking.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering. • 3–5 years of experience in civil execution for cement plant or large industrial projects. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, material properties, and quality control procedures. • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
