Job Description

As a potential candidate, you will be responsible for various key tasks in the role. - Manage end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. - Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain recruitment records. - Conduct employee induction and orientation programs. - Monitor daily attendance and leave records. - Handle queries related to salary, leave, and attendance. Your role will also involve: - Planning and organizing employee engagement activities and events. - Maintaining a healthy and positive work culture. - Addressing employee grievances and resolving HR-related issues. You will need to ensure: - Effective implementation of HR policies. - Compliance with statutory laws such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc. - Updating and maintaining employee personnel files and records. Additionally, you will be expected to: - Assist in performance appraisal processes. - Maintain performance data and feedback records. As part of exit formalities, you will: - Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlements. - Maintain proper handover and documentation for resigning employees.,
