Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain recruitment records.
• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.

2. Attendance, Leave & Payroll

• Monitor daily attendance and leave records.
• Coordinate with the accounts department for monthly payroll processing.
• Handle queries related to salary, leave, and attendance.

3. Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Maintain a healthy and positive work culture.
• Address employee grievances and resolve HR-related issues.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

• Ensure HR policies are implemented effectively.
• Maintain compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
• Update and maintain employee personnel files and records.

5. Performance Management

• Assist in performance appraisal processes.
• Maintain performance data and feedback records.

6. Exit Formalities

• Conduct exit interviews and complete full & final settlements.
• Maintain proper handover and documentation for resigning employees.
