Sourcing of CVs from various sources and discussing about the vacancy with the candidate. Scheduling interviews and coordinating it with the Line Managers/ HODs. Salary negotiation and documentation of selected candidate. Vendor management. Maintaining checklist of the documents. Preparing and maintaining recruitment related MIS. Managing the candidate till on boarding Candidates will be preferred with Non-IT recruitment experience.
