Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Lucknow. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing and posting job descriptions, utilizing various recruitment channels, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also be responsible for conducting background checks, extending job offers, and onboarding new employees.

• Recruitment and Sourcing skills
• Screening, Interviewing, and Hiring skills
• Collaboration and Communication skills
• Experience with Candidate Databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus
