Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Surat for a Recovery Manager. The Recovery Manager will handle day-to-day operations related to debt recovery, including collaborating with partner agencies, managing client cases, and ensuring seamless communication among clients, recovery agencies, and any legal professionals involved. The role requires strategic case management, monitoring progress, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards. The individual will also analyze recovery strategies to enhance efficiency and maximize financial outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and liaise with agencies
• Experience in case management, dispute resolution, and strategic problem-solving
• Knowledge of debt recovery practices and understanding of legal and compliance aspects
• Proficiency in client relationship management and process efficiency improvement
• Ability to work on-site in Surat and handle a fast-paced environment effectively
• Proven work experience in recovery management, account management, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Detail-oriented with effective organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with technology-driven platforms and tools for monitoring and managing cases.
