A Recovery Manager in National Printers, is responsible for managing collections and recovering outstanding payments from clients or distributors. The position involves contacting debtors, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely payment, with the overall goal of minimizing financial losses and ensuring cash flow for the company.
Key Responsibilities
· Contacting clients via phone, email, or in-person visits to collect overdue payments.
· Negotiating and establishing payment plans or settlements.
· Maintaining detailed records of all communications and payment statuses.
· Coordinating with the finance and legal departments for escalated recovery or legal proceedings
· Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and relevant regulations, including contract and debt laws
· Preparing and submitting regular reports on recovery status and outstanding balances.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
