Key Responsibilities · Contacting clients via phone, email, or in-person visits to collect overdue payments. · Negotiating and establishing payment plans or settlements. · Maintaining detailed records of all communications and payment statuses. · Coordinating with the finance and legal departments for escalated recovery or legal proceedings · Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and relevant regulations, including contract and debt laws · Preparing and submitting regular reports on recovery status and outstanding balances.
