Reconciliation Specialist - Ecommerce

Key Deliverables

• Verify and validate logistics and commission charges for e-commerce partners.
• Conduct monthly inventory reconciliation for partners (FBA, FBF) to ensure accuracy.
• Manage half-yearly partner reconciliation closures to maintain financial integrity.
• Handle accounts receivable for e-commerce channels.
• Reconcile seller payments and settlements across partners.
• Verify order-wise revenue, returns, and commission charges for accurate accounting and settlement posting.
• Analyze and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Oversee the PPMP return process, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor and verify all partner returns within defined timelines.
• Raise tickets in line with for claim settlement.
