Receptionist Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Title:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and route them to the concerned departments
  • Maintain visitor records and manage front desk operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and appointments
  • Handle courier, mail, and office correspondence
  • Maintain office decorum and ensure reception area is tidy
  • Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks

Key Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills (English & local language)
  • Presentable and polite personality
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Customer-service oriented attitude

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidates preferred (if applicable)
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or front desk executive is an advantage
  • Immediate joiners preferred
