We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist cum HR to join our team. This dual-role position requires a professional who can efficiently manage front desk operations while supporting HR functions. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Receptionist Duties:**
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive attitude.- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
**HR Duties:**
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.- Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.- Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking.- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional HR certification is a plus.- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.- Basic knowledge of HR procedures and practices.- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
