Job Profile: Business Development Executive (Including Telecalling and Front Desk Operations) Company: Xworks Solutions Pvt Ltd Location: Unit 21, 3rd Floor, Ganesham A Commercial Complex, Pimple Saudagar Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Business Development Executive who will not only drive growth and engagement but also handle telecalling and front desk operations. This multifaceted role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to grow the business and establish a strong presence in new or underserved areas. Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute events or campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new customers. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and customers to foster long-term collaborations. 2. Driver Acquisition & Support: Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard drivers while ensuring all documentation is verified and compliant. Driver Support: Act as a key point of contact for drivers, assisting with app usage, trip issues, and payment inquiries. Incentive Management: Educate drivers about incentive programs and ensure smooth and timely disbursements. 3. Telecalling Operations: Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective drivers, clients, or customers to generate leads and build relationships. Follow-Up: Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide relevant information or assistance to callers. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from calls and use insights to improve operations or service quality.4. Front Desk Management: Reception Duties: Welcome visitors, clients, and candidates, ensuring a professional and friendly experience. Administrative Support: Manage appointments, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations. Communication Handling: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages effectively and route them appropriately. 5. Compliance and Reporting: Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all activities. Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit regular updates and reports on business development, telecalling, and front desk operations. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach. Previous experience in business development, telecalling, or front desk operations is an advantage. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.
