The trust operates in multiple cities across Karnataka and engages with thousands of devotees and donors. Job Role Overview:We are looking for a sincere and service-oriented Telecaller cum Receptionist to be the voice and face of our trust. The role involves managing incoming calls, making outbound calls to devotees, handling front-desk activities, and supporting donation and seva follow-ups. The candidate will work closely with temple administrators and trust staff to ensure a smooth flow of communication with devotees, donors, and visitors. Key Responsibilities:Telecalling Duties:Make outbound calls to existing and potential devotees for donation campaigns, Seva (service) programs, and trust activities. Follow up with donors on regular donations, pending contributions, and upcoming events or seva schedules. Maintain proper call records, donor feedback, and follow-up status in trust systems. Build and maintain positive relationships with devotees and patrons. Reception Duties:Manage the front desk at the temple/trust office and greet all walk-in visitors or devotees warmly. Provide basic information about temple activities, donation procedures, seva schedules, and trust services. Manage incoming calls, redirect inquiries, and respond to queries professionally. Maintain visitor logs and coordinate appointments or meetings with the trust team or management. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum Qualification: PUC / Diploma / Graduate (Any Stream) Experience in telecalling, front office, or customer service preferred. Fluent in Kannada, with working knowledge of English and Hindi. Other regional languages are a plus. Good communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, and data entry). Devotional and service-oriented mindset with a calm and respectful approach.
