Job Title: Receptionist cum Counsellor Location: Greater Noida West Institute: TSO – Computer & Spoken English Institute Ph: 9315800489 Job Summary We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Receptionist cum Counsellor to join our team at TSO – Computer & Spoken English Institute. The role involves handling front-desk operations, attending to walk-in students/visitors, providing course information, counselling prospective students, and maintaining records. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents at the front desk. Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries professionally. Counsel prospective students on computer and spoken English courses, understanding their needs and guiding them towards suitable programs. Maintain student enquiry records and follow up for conversions. Assist in admission formalities including registration, fee collection, and documentation. Coordinate with faculty and management for class scheduling and student support. Ensure smooth functioning of the front office and maintain a welcoming environment. Assist in basic administrative tasks and reporting. Requirements Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). Experience: Fresher or Experienced (training will be provided to freshers). Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email, WhatsApp). Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
