About Us SK biryani house is seeking a talented Head Chef with expertise in biryani and multi-cuisine cooking to lead our kitchen operations. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate chefs who want to showcase their skills and grow with a reputed organization. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic South Indian, North Indian, Chinese dishes and a variety of veg & non-veg biryanis. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Plan daily menus, manage kitchen staff, and oversee food preparation. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety. Control kitchen inventory, monitor food cost, and minimize wastage. Train and mentor junior cooks and kitchen helpers. Collaborate with management to introduce new recipes and improve offerings. Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef / Biryani Specialist (freshers with strong skills also considered). Expertise in biryani preparation (veg & non-veg) along with regional cuisines. Ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Educational Qualification: 10th Pass or Below (skills preferred over degrees). Gender: Open to both male & female candidates. Language: No English required.
