We work closely with clients to craft content that not only represents their brand but also drives conversions.  Job Description:  We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Telecaller cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident, well-spoken, and capable of handling both telecalling and front desk duties with a professional and pleasant approach. Key Responsibilities  Telecalling Duties  ● Make 100–200 outbound calls per day to potential clients/students.  ● Explain company services and offerings clearly and convincingly.  ● Follow up on leads and maintain accurate call records.  ● Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments.  ● Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel.  Reception Duties  ● Greet and assist walk-in clients/visitors with professionalism.  ● Tea and coffee to the clients and team. ● Manage all front desk operations, including incoming calls and queries. ● Maintain visitor logs and manage appointment schedules. ● Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and welcoming.  ● Handle basic administrative tasks, such as courier dispatch and documentation.  Requirements  ● Qualification: PUC or Graduate (any stream).  ● Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.  ● Languages: Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is mandatory.  ● Notice Period: 3 months.  ● Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.  Core Skills ● Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. ● Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.). ● Confident, friendly, and professional demeanor.  ● Ability to multitask and manage front-desk and calling duties efficiently.  Preferred Add-On Skills  ● Familiarity with CRM tools.  ● Prior experience in a service-based company.  ● Ability to handle basic documentation and admin work independently.
