Job Title:Business Development Executive – Driver Partner Acquisition (Cabs & Autos) Location:Pune, On-Site Job Type:Full-time | Field & Office-based Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to drive the acquisition and onboarding of Uber cab and auto driver partners in the region. The ideal candidate should be capable of identifying and converting potential driver leads, managing onboarding processes, and maintaining relationships with existing driver partners to ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:Driver Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new Uber cab and auto drivers through field visits, leads, and referral programs. Onboarding Process: Assist drivers with document collection, registration, app training, and profile setup on the Uber platform. Daily Field Operations: Conduct field visits to local taxi/auto stands, fleet garages, and common driver gathering points to generate leads. Training & Orientation: Provide app usage training, earnings explanation, incentive structure, and trip handling best practices to new drivers. Relationship Management: Build and maintain healthy relations with onboarded driver partners, resolve their app-related or incentive-related queries. Performance Tracking: Maintain MIS reports of daily leads, conversions, and active driver status. Regularly update CRM or lead management tools. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal support, activation, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution. Qualifications & Skills:HSC or Graduate (preferred) 1–2 years of experience in field sales, driver onboarding, or ride-hailing operations (Uber/Ola/Rapido experience is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Marathi, Hindi essential; English preferred) Basic tech-savviness – able to operate mobile apps, Excel/Google Sheets Fieldwork readiness – must own a two-wheeler (preferred) What We Offer:Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives Opportunity to work closely with leading ride-hailing platforms Growth path towards City Manager or Operations Lead roles Supportive team and training structure

This multifaceted role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to grow the business and establish a strong presence in new or underserved areas. Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute events or campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract new customers. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and customers to foster long-term collaborations. 2. Driver Acquisition & Support: Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard drivers while ensuring all documentation is verified and compliant. Driver Support: Act as a key point of contact for drivers, assisting with app usage, trip issues, and payment inquiries. Incentive Management: Educate drivers about incentive programs and ensure smooth and timely disbursements. 3. Telecalling Operations: Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective drivers, clients, or customers to generate leads and build relationships. Follow-Up: Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide relevant information or assistance to callers. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from calls and use insights to improve operations or service quality.4. Front Desk Management: Reception Duties: Welcome visitors, clients, and candidates, ensuring a professional and friendly experience. Administrative Support: Manage appointments, maintain records, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations. Communication Handling: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages effectively and route them appropriately. 5. Compliance and Reporting: Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in all activities. Performance Reporting: Prepare and submit regular updates and reports on business development, telecalling, and front desk operations. Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach. Previous experience in business development, telecalling, or front desk operations is an advantage. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.
