About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual who can efficiently manage front-desk responsibilities while also supporting key operational processes. This dual-role position requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate smoothly across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Desk Management

Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with a courteous and professional attitude.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
Maintain visitor logs, handle courier/parcel dispatch & receipt.
Ensure the reception and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and support internal meetings.

Process Control & Coordination

Monitor daily operational processes and ensure tasks are completed as per SOPs.
Coordinate with different departments to track task status and timelines.
Maintain and update process sheets, trackers, or internal dashboards.
Identify gaps, delays, or process deviations and escalate when required.
Assist in documentation, filing, and basic data entry for operations.
Support management with daily/weekly process reports.
