Job Description

As a Front Desk Receptionist at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth running of office operations. Your responsibilities will include supervising administrative staff, managing office services, maintaining inventory and equipment, ensuring compliance with company policies, and handling various general office management duties. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient performance. - Coordinate agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management. - Manage phone calls and correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages. - Maintain and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other relevant data. - Monitor office supply levels, initiate orders when necessary, and track stock. - Prepare timely reports, presentations, and proposals as required. - Provide assistance to colleagues as needed. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience as a Front Desk associate, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant. - Familiarity with office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and Outlook. - Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Exceptional organizational and planning skills for a fast-paced environment. - Creative thinking with the capacity to suggest improvements. In addition to the job requirements, our company values proficiency in both Hindi and English languages. This is a full-time position that requires working in person at our designated location.,
