Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide real-time analysis of workforce capacity, utilization, and performance to support business decisions.
Strong knowledge of Power Bi & Excel.
Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for labor demand, including daily schedules and staffing plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in workforce planning, rostering, and scheduling processes.
Conduct KPI monitoring and reporting to ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Perform root cause analysis on variances from planned targets using tools like Power BI.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in Workforce Management or related field.
Strong understanding of RTA (Real-Time Analysis), Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Rostering, RTM (Real-Time Management), SLA Management, Performance Reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/VBA scripting language; knowledge of Power BI an added advantage.
