Role Description

This full-time, on-site Real Estate Trainer position is located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing customized course materials, and mentoring aspiring professionals in real estate concepts and industry trends. Responsibilities include planning and conducting workshops, providing practical insights into real-world scenarios, evaluating trainees' progress, and collaborating with academic and industry stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with market demands.

• Strong expertise in real estate concepts, market analysis, and property management
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective training delivery
• Experience in training development and customizing course materials for skill enhancement
• Proficiency in mentoring and evaluating the progress of trainees
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage workshops and training sessions
• Familiarity with corporate engagement and hands-on experience in the real estate industry
• Master's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience as a trainer or educator in real estate or related industries is a plus
