Real Estate Trainer

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Sales Trainer who can upskill our sales team and drive performance to the next level. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs tailored for real estate professionals. Train sales executives on lead conversion, objection handling, negotiation skills, and closing techniques. Conduct regular workshops, role-plays, and mock presentations to enhance confidence and communication. Mentor and coach new hires during their onboarding process to make them sales-ready quickly. Monitor individual and team performance; provide feedback and training interventions when required. Stay updated with the latest real estate trends, market practices, and RERA regulations. Prepare training materials, manuals, and sales scripts to improve consistency and professionalism. Work closely with Sales Managers and HR to identify training needs and design programs accordingly. Requirements:Proven experience as a Sales Trainer / Sales Coach (Real Estate experience preferred). Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, buyer psychology, and market strategies. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to achieve targets. Familiarity with digital sales tools, CRM, and online lead conversion. Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). What We Offer:Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
