Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Trainer located in New Delhi. The Real Estate Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and courses on various aspects of real estate. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and updating training materials, conducting both theoretical and practical sessions, evaluating trainees' performance, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will also engage with industry professionals to ensure the training content remains relevant and up-to-date with current market trends.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Real Estate Management, Property Valuation, and Market Analysis
• Experience in Conducting Training Sessions, Workshops, and Practical Demonstrations
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to Develop and Update Training Materials
• Knowledge of Current Real Estate Market Trends and Practices
• Relevant industry certifications and a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in real estate training or education is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
