Real Estate Trainer

As an experienced professional in the real estate industry, you will be responsible for enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees through various training programs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying training needs and developing programs to enhance employee skills. - Creating and updating training content, materials, and programs for real estate professionals. - Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings. - Developing and delivering online training programs, webinars, and workshops. - Evaluating training effectiveness, assessing learner progress, and providing feedback. - Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to employees to improve performance. - Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Your skills should include experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the real estate industry, knowledge of adult learning principles, familiarity with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS), the ability to facilitate group discussions, and skills in assessing learner progress and providing feedback. In addition, your knowledge of the real estate market, regulatory requirements such as RERA, industry best practices, and relevant certifications like Train-the-Trainer or Certified Real Estate Professional will be beneficial for this role.
