Role Overview

Real Estate Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Real Estate Sales Executives / RMs.
• Set sales targets for the team and ensure monthly/quarterly achievements.
• Motivate, mentor, and provide on-the-job training to team members.
• Generate leads through various channels (site visits, referrals, networking, digital campaigns).
• Oversee client meetings, property presentations, and negotiations.
• Ensure closure of sales deals and proper documentation.
• Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and conversion ratios.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, builders, and channel partners.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales activities and team performance.
• Support in recruitment and training of new team members.
• Ensure adherence to company sales processes, compliance, and customer service standards.

• In-depth knowledge of Pune real estate market, trends, and project portfolios.
• Target-oriented with a proven track record of sales achievements.
• Ability to handle client queries, objections, and close high-value deals.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and lead management.

Eligibility / Qualification

• Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 1–2 years in a Team Lead role.
• Experience in handling residential/commercial projects is preferred.
