Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Real Estate Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and mentoring team members, developing strategies for property sales, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role involves leading the brokerage and commercial real estate activities, ensuring that the team meets its sales targets, and providing excellent customer service throughout the real estate transaction process.
