Job Description

As an experienced Sales Manager within the Real estate industry, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve sales targets. - Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet their individual and team sales goals. - Set clear sales goals and performance targets for the team, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and high levels of client satisfaction. - Utilize data and sales analytics tools for performance analysis, assess sales trends, and adjust tactics to improve efficiency. - Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to adjust sales strategies and capitalize on new opportunities. - Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment between sales strategies and company objectives. - Prepare accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market conditions, and team performance to guide business decision-making. - Manage the sales budget efficiently, making recommendations for investments in training, tools, and technology to enhance sales team performance. - Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions using CRM software for accurate reporting. Qualifications and Requirements: - Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role, ideally in the Real estate industry, manufacturing, or a related field. - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. - Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
