About the Role

Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management & Conversion:

    Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, and maintain a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their specific property needs (residential, commercial, or investment).
  • Site Visit Coordination:

    Successfully convert qualified leads into confirmed site visits and conduct professional property presentations.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Present property options, handle objections effectively, negotiate terms, and guide clients through the documentation and closing process to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Market Feedback:

    Provide valuable market and customer feedback to the Product and Marketing teams to help refine Acredge's offerings.
  • Platform Utilization:

    Effectively utilize the Acredge PropTech platform, verified data, and AI tools to provide transparent, informed advice to clients.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience:

    Proven track record in direct sales, ideally within the Real Estate, Banking, or Financial Services industry.
  • Sales Acumen:

    Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Results-oriented and target-driven mindset.
  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Tech Savvy:

    Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and quick to adapt to new PropTech tools.
  • Work Ethic:

    Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience selling properties in the

    Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR

    market.
  • Basic understanding of real estate legal documentation and financing processes.
  • Experience in a B2C sales environment with high-value products.
