About the Role

6 to 12 Month

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production:

  Edit high-impact short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Ads) incorporating sound effects, transitions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.

• Graphic Design:

  Conceptualize and create visually engaging graphics, thumbnails, banners, social media posts, and ad creatives that resonate with modern design trends.

• Brand Consistency:

  Work strictly with brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and quality across all digital assets.

• Asset Management:

  Efficiently manage raw footage, maintain well-organized project files, and optimize final content for various platform specifications.

• Collaboration & Trends:

  Collaborate closely with the Content, Marketing, and Growth teams, and proactively stay updated on the latest editing trends, tools, and social media algorithms.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience:

  6 to 12 Month in a professional or intensive freelance capacity.

• Software Mastery:

  Strong proficiency in the

  Adobe Creative Suite

  , specifically:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

  (or equivalent NLE)

• Adobe After Effects

  (basic motion graphics/animation)

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Photoshop

• Design Fundamentals:

  Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Work Ethic:

  Creative mindset with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience with

  Canva

  for quick-turnaround designs.
• Familiarity with social media algorithms and content best practices (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Ability to storyboard or pitch initial visual concepts/ideas.
