Job Title: Real Estate Sales Analyst – Bangalore

Location: Bangalore, India

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Sales Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, market research, and client engagement. You will support the sales team with data-driven insights, manage client interactions, and help drive conversion in one of India’s most dynamic real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement & Client Engagement
  • Support sales leaders in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Track leads, manage CRM data, and ensure timely response to prospects.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, financial models, and ROI comparisons for clients.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct primary and secondary research on Bangalore’s real estate market.
  • Track pricing, absorption rates, and competitive developments.
  • Generate weekly/monthly dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Deal Support
  • Assist in site visits, documentation, and negotiations.
  • Prepare transaction analysis and track performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth closures.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain accurate sales MIS, pipeline tracking, and performance reports.
  • Deliver insights on customer behavior and sales funnel efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, investment analysis, consulting, or real estate.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Bangalore’s real estate market is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
