We are seeking vibrant, self-driven, and personable real estate sales experts to become part of our expanding team. As a Salesperson, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, assist clients through property transactions, and execute deals efficiently and excellently. You will be expected to prospect and cultivate new client leads via networking, referrals, and cold outreach. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and conducting property viewings, open houses, and site visits. Providing guidance to buyers and sellers on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property valuations will also be a crucial aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will be involved in negotiating offers and preparing essential documentation such as contracts and offers. Remaining informed about real estate markets, legal prerequisites, and industry trends is imperative. Maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster repeat and referral business will be vital. Collaboration with legal, financial, and administrative stakeholders may be necessary. Meeting or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales objectives is a key performance indicator. Qualifications required for this role include a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree considered advantageous. A valid real estate license in accordance with local regulations is mandatory. Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, with real estate background preferred. Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills is essential. Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and property listing platforms is desirable. Demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently is crucial. A readiness to work flexible hours, encompassing weekends and evenings, is expected.
