Position Overview

Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle — lead handling, site visits, negotiations, and final deal closures.
  
• Present and promote residential property options to clients based on their needs.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales through strong follow-ups and lead management.
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
  
• Coordinate with channel partners, builders, and internal teams for smooth transactions.
  
• Guide clients through documentation and closing processes.
  
• Maintain sales reports, dashboards, and feedback for management.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mandatory

  2–4 years of real estate sales experience

  .
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market (Noida / Greater Noida / NCR).
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  
• Ability to handle high-intent leads and convert them into successful deals.
  
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
