We collaborate with landowners, developers, and investors to execute high-performance marketing strategies and drive land parcel sales through targeted campaigns and personalized customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Client Handling: Engage with potential buyers through walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads. Site Visits: Conduct and coordinate site visits with prospects, showcasing plotting projects effectively. Sales Conversion: Convert qualified leads into sales through relationship building and consultative selling techniques. Follow-ups: Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings. Documentation: Assist in booking formalities, agreement signings, and coordinate with legal and admin teams for document verification. Database Management: Update CRM or lead sheets with accurate information and sales pipeline tracking. Market Research: Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and local developments to improve sales strategies. Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager or Director regarding follow-ups, hot leads, and closures. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years in real estate sales, preferably in plotting or land development projects. Education: Graduate in any stream (Real Estate certification preferred). Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of the Pune real estate market and land plotting sector Sales-driven mindset with negotiation abilities Proficient in basic computer tools (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business) Languages: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory. Other: Must have a two-wheeler for field/site visits.
