Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive Company: Sapnil Developers Pvt. Ltd. Location: Kolkata Job Summary Sapnil Developers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful property transactions. Key Responsibilities Generate leads and actively pursue potential buyers for residential and commercial projects. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project details to clients. Manage the entire sales process — from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and campaigns. Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies. Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and follow-up records. Required Skills & Competencies Proven track record in real estate sales or property consulting. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent client relationship management abilities. Good understanding of real estate market trends and customer needs. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred). Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in approach. Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Graduate / Higher Secondary (12th Pass). Minimum 3 years of work experience in real estate sales.
