Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Present project details, pricing, and benefits effectively to potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for lead management and post-sales support.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • 1 - 6 years of experience in real estate or direct sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
  • Own conveyance preferred.
