Job Type: Full-time Industry: Real Estate / Property Sales --- Job Summary The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting with clients, understanding their property requirements, and guiding them throughout the sales & purchasing process. The role involves strong relationship-building skills, negotiation abilities, and market knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets. --- Key Responsibilities Identify and contact potential clients to promote property sales. Conduct site visits and property tours with clients. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options. Maintain and update property listings and databases. Negotiate terms and close deals with buyers & investors. Coordinate with sales managers, developers, and marketing teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for referrals. Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and meet monthly sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good understanding of the local property market. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills (MS Office / CRM tools). High level of confidence and customer service orientation. Must have a two-wheeler (optional – add if needed). Education Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any field (Preferred: Sales, Business, or Marketing).
